Searching for Silence and Solitude?

Life Is A Marathon Not A Sprint.

Hello Beautiful People,

Do you ever think to yourself, ” If I just had a little more time to myself, so many things would work out better? Do you as a person, worker, or entreprenuer, know inside that you need some time to yourself, so that you can actually think straight and perform better? I know I think about those two questions often, so if you do have those thoughts, I understand and can totally relate.

Take a personal retreat, even if its an hour.

I just returned from a personal retreat in the canyons of Santa Fe, where the energy was still and quiet. It was the perfect remedy for my busy soul- one that is forging ahead, creating, and serving others. Despite the beauty of the scenery, there is a certain talent to unplugging these days because it is not that easy. There are still interruptions. Some are practical of course. Then there are others; like family and friends who simply sense when I am off the radar and want to touch base or even worse demand a response from me immediately.

Is taking even an hour to yourself possible?

As an entrepreneur, or parent or boss of a big company, how does one maintain control and bypass burnout from extreme hours?

You bypass burnout by regularly scheduled massages and nervous system re-sets.

You do not wait to go on “retreat.” In our modern world, it is not always possible to go away and un-plug for an extended time. However, an hour or two on the massage table with your phone turned off is doable and can work wonders for the body, mind, and soul. Regular appointments, (weekly, monthly, bi-monthly) actually make you more efficient. Intensity does build over time. Waiting 6 months or a year before getting on the table, is a lot to carry and a lot to clear physically and energetically. It can be done but similar to cleaning a house, the physical body works best with regular attention.

The choice is yours and how you want to live your life and your precious days ahead.

I invite you to come Relax and Be Free and enjoy one of my many body/mind services!

To your good health,
Amanda
