Inner Child Healing
Healing the Past
As a child, everything seemed possible…
You laughed freely. You imagined wildly. You rested without needing to earn it. There was space for wonder, softness, creativity, and play.
You still have the chance to reconnect with that part of yourself.
Mother’s Day doesn’t land softly for everyone.
For some, it brings a quiet ache.
For others, confusion, grief, guilt, or emotional exhaustion.
You may have tried—again and again—to create a meaningful relationship with your mother, only to feel like something essential was always missing. Or perhaps distance, boundaries, or estrangement became necessary for your wellbeing.
Whatever your experience, there is nothing wrong with you for feeling it.
After Mother’s Day can be perfect for turning inward and tending to the inner child still waiting to be seen, heard, and cared for.
Many of us grew up too fast.
We learned to perform, adapt, caretaking others while abandoning parts of ourselves. We became the “good child.” Responsible. Hyper-aware. Accomplished.
Yet somewhere along the way, we lost our connection to rest, play, joy, and emotional safety.
This often creates imbalances in adulthood—where life feels like constant work, pressure, over-functioning, or survival.
This Session is for:
– Those carrying mixed or heavy emotions after Mother’s Day
– Parentified children who became caretakers too soon
– Adults who struggle to prioritize themselves without guilt
– Those who carry the internal messages:
“I am too much”
“I am bad”
“It’s my fault”
Together, we’ll create space for:
• A grounded, supportive container where all feelings are welcome
• Invitational gentle reflection around the wounds carried from childhood
• Understanding how shame and self-blame impact self-esteem and relationships
• Playful, restorative meditation and moments that reconnect you to joy, creativity, softness, and freedom
• Gentle touch and nervous system regulation to support safety within the body
• A balance of inner work and play—because healing is not only about processing pain, but remembering how to feel alive again.
Unresolved early experiences continue to shape how you move through the world today, your relationships, your self-perception, your capacity to trust and feel safe.
Reach out to reserve your space.
