Amanda Snow is a game changer. She immediately calmed and helped regulate my nervous system. She gave me practical tools based in body and mind that have helped me to acknowledge and change patterns in my life that were not serving me. As an educator, this has helped me to be able to respond to stress and challenges in a more productive and graceful way. Amanda in is incredibly warm, intuitive, wise and refined. I believe anyone would benefit greatly from working with her!

Nancy Marcus

I wholeheartedly recommend Amanda Snow! She is very professional, knowledgeable, kind, empathetic, she cleared a chronic pain/ tightness behind my left leg. I accidentally hit one star I'd give her 10 stars if that was available

Just had my first session with Amanda and it was incredibly healing. She is an intuitive and kind practitioner that made me feel comfortable in her space. She was able to help me stay present, be vulnerable and get a moment away from life’s to do list to heal. Highly recommend someone like Amanda trained in many different disciplines!

Quesada Job

Amanda was insightful and provided practical advice... She also did a great job pushing me to improve, so that our progress didn't stagnate.

Rosemed Miami

I had such a beautiful healing session at Relax and Be Free in Larkspur. Amanda truly took her time with me and was so kind and accommodating with my schedule. From the moment I arrived, I felt listened to, seen, and deeply supported, not just physically, but emotionally as well. Her bodywork was incredibly grounding, and the bilateral stimulation / EMDR-style technique she used helped me release tension and stress on a much deeper level than a typical massage. I left feeling calmer, lighter, and more connected to my body and nervous system. If you’re looking for someone who is intuitive, compassionate, and genuinely cares about your healing, I can’t recommend her enough. 🌿

I have had the opportunity to get to know Amanda Snow in a variety of situations. She is very resourceful as a psycho-therapeutic coach and exemplifies grace under pressure. Her skillset is vast, ranging from somatic counseling and nervous system regulation to luxurious bodywork. I appreciate her sage wisdom in the realm of relationships and romantic love. I highly recommend counseling sessions with her to kick off the new year.
